Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator ensures that the creative process is streamlined and efficient. They handle administrative and organizational duties, coordinate and manage timelines and resources, and ensure that all creative deliverables meet the project’s objectives. They are crucial in maintaining the flow of communication, overseeing project progress, and ensuring that all creative materials are delivered on time and within budget.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or equivalent.
• With related experience in project coordination, events, project monitoring and negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• With the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects align with the overall vision, brand guidelines, and objectives of the project maintaining consistency in messaging and design across all materials.
• Performs administrative, documentation and filling liquidation tasks.
• Creates and maintains project timelines, ensuring that all creative deliverables are completed on time.
• Keeps detailed records of the project workflow, creative briefs, design drafts, and approval stages. This documentation is crucial for tracking progress and ensuring that changes are well-documented.
