Project Coordinator

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to completion.
• Plan project activities, schedules, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, vendors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Prepare project reports, schedules, quotations, documentation, and status updates.
• Follow up with site teams and ensure smooth execution of project activities.
• Track materials, manpower, and other project requirements.
• Identify project issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain proper project records and documentation.
• Ensure work is completed as per client requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and project stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Good project coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good follow-up, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CCTV and surveillance projects will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge/experience in Solar projects will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in technical/project execution environments are preferred.
