Project Coordinator

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities.
• Coordinate with clients, workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Arrange manpower, materials, tools and equipment for projects.
• Prepare work schedules, work orders and project documents.
• Monitor work progress and update the Project Manager.
• Coordinate site access, permits, deliveries and other site arrangements.
• Ensure required safety documents such as RA and SWP are in place before work starts.
• Coordinate toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Maintain records of attendance, inspections, service reports and completed works.
• Follow up on defects, rectification works and client complaints.
• Assist with quotations, purchase requests and other administrative work.
• Ensure work is carried out according to company and client requirements.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• GCE O-Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction, maintenance or project coordination.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Basic knowledge of construction and maintenance works.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety requirements.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Relevant safety courses or certifications will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
