Project Coordinator

About the role

As a Project Coordinator at i.Link Group Limited, you will be the core driver of our client-facing operations. You will serve as the crucial, professional bridge between high-profile corporate clients and our internal teams . Your primary mission is to ensure that critical documents are executed with absolute accuracy and delivered before strict statutory deadlines

What you'll be doing

• Communicate directly with clients to collect project requirements and text updates.
• Coordinate tasks with typesetting, translation, and sales teams.
• Monitor project timelines strictly to meet project deadlines.
• Perform quality checks on document layouts and text amendments.
• Need to work on a rotational shift roster occasionally, subject to project needs

What we're looking for

• Preferably3 years of relevant working experience, Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities under high pressure.
