What they need
工作職責 (Responsibilities)
- 協調及監督地盤日常運作，與客戶、顧問、分判商及供應商聯絡，確保工程按計劃推進，定期出席地盤會議
- 跟進金屬／非金屬吊頂系統的現場技術問題，監督物料下單、生產及供貨進度
- 定期視察地盤，檢查施工質量，編製進度報告
- 處理工程文件提交（Material Submission）、圖紙協調、數量計算及工程變更（VO）
- 協調物料運輸及現場存放，管理庫存記錄
入職要求 (Requirements)
- 持有建造管理、建築學或相關範疇的高級文憑／學位
- 3年相關工作經驗，具裝修／假天花／鋁板／金屬吊頂行業經驗優先
- 懂閱讀建築圖則；熟悉MS Office、中英文輸入法及AutoCAD
- 持有有效平安卡
- 良好粵語，一般英語及普通話，良好溝通及談判技巧
- 主動、有責任感，能於壓力下工作，需不定時到地盤視察
薪酬與福利 (Salary & Benefits)
- 薪酬：每月 $20,000 – $30,000（視乎經驗及資歷而定）
- 工作時間：星期一至六，星期六為彈性長短週
- 福利：年終雙糧／花紅、勞工假期、有薪年假
