We are now seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our Hong Kong team.

Role overview

This full-time role is suitable for a junior or early-career candidate with strong organisation, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• General project coordination with clients and internal teams to manage project progress, deliverables and timeline.

• Organise and attend meetings to report project progress and resolve project-related issues.

• Manage project-related paperwork and documentation.

Requirements

• Relevant practical, academic, internship, volunteer or early-career exposure to coordination, administration or project work.

• Good organisation and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.

• Able to communicate professionally with clients and internal colleagues.

• Basic capability preparing documents, spreadsheets, meeting notes and project records.

• Able to manage several tasks and deadlines in an orderly manner.

• Fresh graduates and early-career applicants are welcome.

• Prior advertising, creative, digital or agency exposure is helpful but not mandatory.

Employment details

• Full-time position

• Salary: HK$15,000 per month

• Work location: Kwai Chung, Hong Kong

• Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

• Five-day work week; no shift work

• MPF enrolment and contributions will be arranged for eligible employees in accordance with Hong Kong statutory requirements.
