What they need
Job Duties:
- Monitor and coordinate repairing and renovation projects of property
- Supervise and coordinate contractors/in-house technicians for building repairing and maintenance work
- Building material procurement
- Handle of the Government order works
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Building Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
- Independence, initiative and good communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
