• Adaptable to dynamic project environments and able to work collaboratively with teams

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are managed efficiently
• Coordinate between contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and to specifications
• Monitor project progress, helping to resolve issues or delays and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices, to keep everything organized and up to date
• Support project managers by providing reports, updates, and helping with administrative tasks as needed
