- Coordinate and manage projects' tasks and deliverables and track the progress of projects.
- Organize, attend and participate in project meetings and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare the necessary project materials and reports for meetings.
- Ensure that project deadlines are met and communicate any potential risks or delays with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support as and when is required and manage project-related paper works.
- Provide effective communication between project team and account team.
- This role will be reporting to project manager.
