Project Coordinator

About the role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team on a 1-year contract (renewable based on performance and project needs). The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Lead and attend project meetings primarily in English; draft and deliver accurate meeting minutes in English.
• Monitor site progress, arrange daily workflow, and handle on-site coordination to meet project schedules and main contractor requirements.
• Work closely with clients to define construction details, clarify requirements, and manage project expectations.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing technical/working drawings using AutoCAD when needed.

About you

• Higher Diploma or above in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in retail shop fitting-out or façade projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
• Comfortable and fluent conducting meetings in English.
• Willingness to work overtime (OT) when required by project schedules.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and site management skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
