Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate engineering/automation projects from order confirmation through delivery, installation, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Logistics & Service teams.
• Prepare project schedules, trackers, MOMs and progress reports.
• Follow up on drawings, BOMs, procurement, manufacturing, inspection & dispatch.
• Coordinate customer approvals, FAT/SAT, installation & commissioning.
• Track project milestones, delays and pending activities.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely project completion.

Preferred Experience: Industrial Automation, Welding Automation, SPM, Robotics, Material Handling, Manufacturing or EPC projects.

Key Skills: Project Coordination, Communication, Follow-up, MS Excel, Documentation & Team Coordination.
