Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily jobs, schedules, and field teams
• Prepare for morning meetings and keep job information updated
• Schedule jobs and confirm readiness with builders and customers
• Communicate with installers, supervisors, inspectors, and internal teams
• Manage warranty scheduling, dispatch, and follow-up
• Coordinate permits, inspections, materials, and fixtures
• Monitor team performance, staffing, productivity, and job status
• Prepare schedules and paperwork for the following day
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Help maintain job profitability by managing VPOs, back charges, and sub charges
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
• Good judgment and ability to handle confidential information
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to participate in an after-hours/on-call rotation
