Project Coordinator

Evolution Security Consulting, a global information security consultation firm, is seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination , preferably in IT or cybersecurity industries.  

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with the Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with internal teams (including Sales, Consulting, Auditing, and Technical Testing teams) to monitor project progress and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide timely project status updates and communicate key developments to the Project Manager.
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all required deliverables and final documentation packages are properly prepared upon project completion.
• Support project administration and assist in achieving project objectives within agreed timelines.
• 5-day work week.

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, administration, or operations roles.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word; knowledge of Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
