What they need
About the role
Coordinate renovation projects from start to completion, managing project schedules, site progress, and all stakeholders involved in the process.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and monitor project schedules and site progress
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers
- Coordinate renovation and M&E works on site
- Arrange materials, deliveries and installation schedules
- Conduct site inspections and resolve site issues
- Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and project requirements
- Follow up on Variation Orders (VO), defects and project handover
About you
- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Construction, Engineering or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in renovation, construction or project coordination
- Able to read construction drawings and have basic AutoCAD knowledge
- Basic understanding of renovation works and M&E coordination
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently
