Project Coordinator

• Manage and coordinate projects from client requirements, design development, production, installation, testing, and commissioning through to project completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Singapore clients, internal project teams, and China-based design and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, accurately communicated, and effectively implemented.
• Coordinate with the China team on design development, technical drawings, specifications, installation methods, and system integration, ensuring solutions meet client and project requirements.
• Review and coordinate CAD drawings, SketchUp models, shop drawings, technical proposals, and other project documentation.
• Conduct site surveys, coordinate site activities, and work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical and site issues, and ensure works are delivered according to approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support and coordination throughout the project, including installation, testing, commissioning, client handover, and training where required.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and provide timely project updates to management.
• Keep up to date with relevant design, construction, engineering, and technology developments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, M&E, Mechatronics, Design, or a related technical discipline.
• Relevant experience in project coordination, technical design, construction, M&E, or system integration is preferred.
• Candidates with a construction and design background are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, CAD, or other relevant design software is an advantage.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin), with strong ability to communicate and coordinate with Singapore clients and China-based teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to understand technical drawings and convert client requirements into clear design and technical instructions.
• Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Candidates must be Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents.
