Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to track project progress and milestones.
• Schedule project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and status reports.
• Monitor project timelines and identify potential risks or delays.
• Escalate issues to the Project Manager and support timely resolution.
• Assist in product release planning, UAT coordination, and implementation activities.
• Ensure effective communication among internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as Project coordinator or software project management.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
