About the Role

Insynova Agency is seeking organized and proactive Project Coordinators to help clients manage projects, teams, deadlines, and day-to-day workflows.

The ideal candidate is comfortable coordinating multiple tasks, communicating with team members, and ensuring projects remain on track.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and workflows
• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups
• Maintain project documentation
• Prepare status updates and reports
• Monitor project progress
• Identify delays or potential issues and escalate them
• Organize meetings, notes, and action items
• Ensure team members understand assigned responsibilities
• Follow project SOPs and client requirements

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using digital productivity tools
• Basic knowledge of project management principles
• Reliable computer and internet connection

Experience with Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar tools is an advantage.
