Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support end-to-end project execution. This role bridges administrative management, technical drafting, procurement, and on-site coordination. The ideal candidate has strong drafting and documentation skills, practical knowledge of fabrication methods, and the agility to handle both office-based planning and field visits.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in developing timelines, setting project milestones, tracking day-to-day progress, and flagging schedule risks
• Conduct regular site visits, coordinate with on-site workers and subcontractors, and verify that installations align with design drawings and quality standards
• Prepare, review, and update technical drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Maintain project logs, progress reports, and close-out documentation
• Assist with sourcing materials, obtaining supplier quotations, monitoring purchase orders, and tracking delivery timelines to prevent site delays
• Serve as the liaison between clients, project managers, engineering teams, and fabrication crews to ensure seamless information flow

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related technical field; or a Vocational Graduate / Technical Diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administrative, technical, or project-related coordination roles
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) and SolidWorks (3D modeling/parts)
• Basic understanding of carpentry, joinery, and welding/metal fabrication processes and materials
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to drive for site visits and errand runs
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
• Clear verbal and written reporting capabilities
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
