Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to help coordinate and deliver board game logistics projects from the factory floor all the way to players' doorsteps. Working side-by-side with our senior team, you will help track timelines, manage communications, and ensure global shipments stay on schedule.

Main Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist in managing multiple board game logistics pipelines at various stages of production, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Partner Coordination: Help liaise between manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regional fulfillment hubs.
• Data & Tracking: Maintain accurate project timelines, shipment trackers, and inventory documentation.
• Communication Hub: Draft regular updates for internal stakeholders and actively participate in client status calls.
• Risk Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project milestones and proactively flag potential delays or supply chain bottlenecks to senior managers.
• Logistics Planning: Assist in preparing ocean freight shipping plans, warehouse inventory allocations, and customs documentation.
• Account Ownership: Gradually take on day-to-day management and ownership of smaller client accounts.

• Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to handle moving parts across different projects without getting overwhelmed.
• Spreadsheet Savvy: Comfortable sorting, filtering, and managing data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Growth Mindset: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with an eagerness to learn complex global logistics.

• Basic experience or internships in project coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
