We're after a proactive, adaptable Project Co-ordinator / Business Support person to join a small but busy team located in Manukau — a varied, hands-on role for someone who can hit the ground running in a busy, purpose-driven health environment.

About the Role

You'll provide day-to-day support to our Prevention Immunisation Leadership Team, including confidential and sensitive matters, plus wider team coordination — inboxes, travel, facilities, and finance admin. You'll help keep our range of projects running smoothly across the team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Inbox and calendar management for one senior manager
• Coordinating meetings — documents, attendance, action points
• Online travel bookings for the team
• Maintaining document trackers and version control under tight deadlines
• Financial admin (purchase orders, invoices)
• Facilities support for onsite staff, under the EA's direction
• Strong Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint)

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong organisation, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and adapt on the fly
• Comfortable with reactive, fast-changing priorities
• Health sector experience a bonus

The Details

• Manukau based, on-site 3 days/week (WFH 2 days after training)
• Full-time, 40 hrs/week
• Fixed term, ASAP start – end June 2027
