What they need
Responsibilities
- Attend project coordination meeting with Consultants, Client and Main Contractor
- To coordinate the shop drawings with design team
- To monitor the design and installation tally with the contract specifications
- Liaise with the Factory / Suppliers and ensure their schedule and delivery of goods are of good quality and on time
Requirements:-
- Certificate or above in Building / Construction Studies or equivalent / Mech. Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience in managing construction projects
- Knowledge in Façade / Curtain Wall
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent, willing to travel and work overtime when needed
- Good computer skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, Project
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant PC or Trainee
