Project Coordinator

Job Description:**

• Liaise with internal stakeholders including BD, HRD, and Admin to ensure site offices and lodging are arranged before the commencement date.
• Ensure all project staff, including intermittent professionals, are deployed at the project site according to the staffing schedule.
• Brief the site team regarding the project.
• Inform the concerned Head of Department of any pending design reviews.
• Share overall manpower deployment and requirements, if any.
• Interact regularly with contractors and joint venture partners to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure invoices are raised on time and are accurate based on attendance reports from the site and man-months as per contract.
• Coordinate with the Team Leader for timely preparation and submission of Extension of Time (EOT).
• Share best practices from their sites with other Project Coordinators to facilitate learning.
• Monitor critical project activities concerning the approved program and ensure regular and accurate updating of project data on the online portal by Team Leaders.
• Ensure the correctness of variable data entered/updated by Team Leaders in the PMU Module of the Companys ERP.
• Visit project sites as required to confirm the quality of construction as per the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
• Collate critical activities of project sites and all relevant data for project review meetings.
