We are growing and have a full-time opportunity available for a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal role as first contact for our customers, responding to IT service requests, finding the right technician for the job, and ensuring that service is delivered as promised.​

​

This is a remote position, ideally suited to someone who is a self-starter, who can handle multiple tasks, working in a fast-paced service environment.​

​

Qualifications:​

​

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a customer service role.​
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize.​
• Comfortable with technology, ideally with some knowledge of networks including data and cabling.​
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, and quick at learning new systems.​
• Team player that strives to go the extra mile​
• Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am – 5pm PDT​

Renumeration:​

• Fully remote
• Annual salary $50k-$55k​
• 3 weeks' vacation​
