Project Coordinator

The Rigging Corporation is looking for a responsible and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.

Work Base: Pasay City
Project Assignment: San Jose, Batangas (first project)
Note: Willing to be assigned to different project locations as needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Schedule Management – Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and activities.
• Planning – Assist with project planning, manpower, materials, and requirements.
• Execution – Coordinate with project teams and monitor project progress.
• Entry Pass – Process and coordinate site entry passes and access requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
• Assist with project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Preferably knows how to drive.
• Male.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to work on-site.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites.
• Experience in project coordination or construction is an advantage.
