Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summery

We are looking for a Project Coordinator Executive to coordinate ERP projects, manage communication between teams and clients, and ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP project activities and timelines.
• Communicate with clients and internal technical teams.
• Track project progress, tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Follow up with developers and team members on assigned tasks.
• Prepare project updates and maintain proper documentation.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant team.
• Identify delays or issues and report them to the concerned person.
• Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and project discussions.
• Maintain project trackers and ensure regular updates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, ERP, software, or IT projects.
• Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of ERP/software development processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.
