Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from order confirmation to final delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers and status reports.
• Coordinate with Sales for customer requirements, specifications and delivery commitments.
• Follow up with Design & Development for drawings, BOMs, specifications and technical approvals.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for timely availability of required materials.
• Coordinate with Production to monitor project/job progress against planned timelines.
• Coordinate with Quality for inspection, testing and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Track pending activities, delays, dependencies and bottlenecks and highlight them to the concerned HOD.
• Follow up with internal teams for closure of pending actions.
• Maintain project-related documents, approvals, revisions and records.
• Communicate project status and expected completion dates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support customer communication for project-related updates, documents and delivery coordination.
• Ensure any change in customer requirements is properly communicated to concerned departments.
• Maintain MIS and prepare regular project status reports for management.
• Monitor dispatch readiness and coordinate with Logistics/Dispatch for timely delivery.
• Participate in project review meetings and record action points.
• Escalate critical delays, material shortages, technical issues or customer concerns to management.

Experience: 1-4 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Operations Coordination, Production Coordination or a similar role in a manufacturing/electronics/electrical/automation industry.
