Strategic Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate design development in alignment with client, tenant, and operator requirements.
- Ensure design deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
- Support integration of architectural, engineering, and specialist designs.
Operational Responsibilities
- Track design development progress and drawing issuance.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for compliance with approved DBR and guidelines.
- Coordinate material approvals, shop drawings, mock-ups, and samples.
- Maintain drawing registers, GFC logs, and approval trackers.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and client interactions.
People Management
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Promote collaborative problem-solving and design clarity.
- Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
