If you enjoy keeping projects on track, coordinating stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced technology environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Cyber Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring cyber and technology projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with project managers, clients, internal teams and third-party suppliers to maintain governance, reporting and project controls.

You will be:

  • Supporting project governance through meeting preparation, action tracking and decision management.
  • Maintaining project documentation, trackers and audit evidence repositories.
  • Producing reports on project progress, risks, issues and change activity.
  • Managing RAID logs and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
  • Supporting change management processes and governance approvals.
  • Coordinating onboarding, access requests and approval processes.
  • Acting as a key liaison between clients, internal delivery teams and suppliers.
  • Supporting service transition and operational readiness activities.
  • Assisting with compliance, information governance and security assurance requirements.
  • Producing stakeholder updates, meeting notes and project reporting packs.

We need a candidate with:

  • Experience supporting projects, programmes or operational delivery activities.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining project documentation, trackers, action logs and governance records.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
  • An understanding of project management fundamentals, including planning, RAID management, governance and change control.
  • The ability to identify, escalate and help resolve risks, issues and blockers.
  • An understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.

It would be great if you also had:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation or other project/service management qualifications.
  • Experience within NHS, healthcare or public sector environments.
  • Exposure to cyber security, compliance, audit or risk-related projects.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Planner, ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of UK GDPR, information governance or security assurance practices.

What can we offer you?

  • Referral bonus scheme of £1,000 when you successfully refer a friend.
  • Access to LinkedIn Learning with over 16,000 expert-led courses.
  • Healthcare cash plan, including online GP appointments and wellbeing support.
  • Casual dress policy.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Company social events.
  • 25 days annual leave plus public/bank holidays.
  • Annual leave purchase scheme.
