About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join AGNOS HEALTH CO., LTD. in Huai Khwang, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of information and communication technology projects within our organisation. As Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating communication, managing project schedules, and supporting project teams to meet their objectives on time and within budget. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your project management expertise whilst contributing to the success of our innovative healthcare technology initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the planning and scheduling of project activities, milestones and deliverables
• Coordinating communication between project stakeholders, team members and external partners
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, records and status reports
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or delays
• Supporting the preparation of project budgets and tracking expenditure
• Arranging and coordinating project meetings, workshops and team events
• Assisting with resource allocation and ensuring team members have the support they need
• Facilitating the resolution of issues and escalating concerns to project leadership when necessary
• Supporting quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with project standards
• Maintaining project databases and ensuring all information is current and accessible

What we're looking for

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in project management, information technology, business administration or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative or similar support role, preferably within the technology or healthcare sector

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders

• A methodical approach to work with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues collaboratively

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify practical solutions

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall would be advantageous

• Fluency in English and Thai is preferred
