Project Coordinator

Tidal Link Media is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Culver City team and help keep the flow of goods, materials, and vendor relationships running smoothly from end to end. This role sits at the center of our supply chain operations, working closely with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to make sure orders move on schedule and inventory stays accurate.

You will be the person who catches a delayed shipment before it becomes a production problem, who spots a discrepancy in inventory counts before it throws off a report, and who keeps vendor relationships steady even when timelines get tight. It is a role with real variety day to day, and one where your organization and follow-through directly shape how smoothly the business runs.

As the team grows, this role has room to expand into broader ownership of vendor management, process design, and eventually a lead or senior coordinator track for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely, accurate delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory records and lead regular cycle counts and audits
• Communicate directly with vendors and carriers to confirm order status, resolve discrepancies, and manage delays
• Create, track, and reconcile purchase orders, flagging issues before they affect operations
• Monitor supply levels and proactively flag potential shortages or overstock situations
• Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline receiving and fulfillment processes
• Identify and help implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce cost
• Maintain organized, accessible documentation for shipments, contracts, and vendor communications
• Support cross-functional projects tied to supply chain systems, vendor onboarding, or reporting improvements

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related coordination role
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and solid working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with vendors, carriers, and internal teams
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with genuine comfort solving problems as they come up
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered
