What they need
About The Omelet
The Omelet is a Bangkok-based agency helping enterprise brands build LINE ecosystem, CRM, AI automation, and web solutions. Our clients span energy, FMCG, financial services, and consumer electronics — organizations that need a partner who can manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff to delivery without dropping the ball on timeline, budget, or client relationship. The Omelet is also a part of Evolany Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of LINE Japan. See more https://www.marketingoops.com/news/biz-news/evolany-the-omelet/
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our client engagements: someone who keeps projects on schedule and on budget, and who clients trust as their main point of contact at The Omelet.
What You'll Do
Client management
- Main point of contact — act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project implementation lifecycle, the person clients call first with questions, changes, or concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business goals well enough to anticipate needs rather than just react to requests.
- Run client meetings and status updates and coordinating with internal team (Requirement, design, development, QA)
- Manage client expectations proactively — flag risks, scope changes, or delays early, and handle pushback or difficult conversations professionally.
Timeline management
- Build and maintain project timelines across multiple concurrent projects, tracking milestones and dependencies.
- Monitor progress against plan, identify risks or bottlenecks early, and adjust schedules to keep deliverables on track.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to keep work moving and unblock delays before they cascade.
Budget management
- Own project budgets stated in proposal during delivery — track spend against budget, flag variances, and keep projects within agreed cost and margin.
- Prepare and review quotations, cost estimates, and scope documents in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate with finance on client-facing documents such as quotations, invoices, and contracts.
Project & quality oversight
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across internal teams, ensuring everyone understands project goals, roles, and current status.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: meeting notes, status reports, action item trackers, and client-facing presentations.
- Review deliverables for quality before they go to the client, ensuring work meets the agreed scope and standard.
- Identify opportunities to expand or improve the engagement (additional scope, upsell) by staying close to client needs.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or account management — agency, tech, or client-services environments preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and spoken English — you'll be a primary contact for enterprise and, at times, international clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously without losing track of details.
- Comfortable owning a budget: reading a cost estimate, tracking spend, and flagging overruns before they happen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident presenting to clients and coordinating across internal teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable picking up project tracking tools (e.g., Clickup).
Nice to have
- Experience with LINE OA, CRM platforms, marketing automation, or digital/tech projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or similar).
- Experience managing enterprise or large-scale accounts.
Why Join The Omelet
- Work directly with enterprise brands on high-impact, technically interesting projects.
- Small, close-knit team where your ownership of client relationships and project outcomes is visible and valued.
- Room to grow into broader account or project leadership as you build a track record.
