What they need
Responsibilities:
Coordination with different internal & external parties
Various submissions in projects (e.g. materials, method statement / technical, drawings, data/record, etc.)
Programme planning & monitoring project progress
Utilizing AutoCAD effectively to draft, update, and manage project drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with site conditions
Monitoring the quality of works, carrying out inspection / T&C
Assist in resolving technical / engineering issues if required
Assist in subletting/procurement if required
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in construction related discipline or equivalent
Minimum 3 years working experience in construction industry (A&A / building / civil preferable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, systematic and able to work under pressure
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good knowledge in computer literacy, with strong proficiency and hands-on experience in AutoCAD for drafting, modifying, and reviewing technical drawings.
