Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination site works and managing drawings, materials, method statement submission processing
• Monitor the site operation, quality of work progress and workmanship on site.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely completion of the project.
• Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on site

Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or above or 5 years relevant experience in building construction or fitting-out industry
• Well-organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English
• Able to work under pressure with proactive attitude
• Immediate available is preferred
