Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in managing end-to-end research projects (Quant & Qual) Coordinate with internal teams (programming, panel, field, quality) to ensure smooth project execution
• Track project timelines, quotas, and daily field progress Assist in questionnaire reviews, testing links, and survey launches
• Perform basic quality checks and flag issues proactively Prepare project trackers, status updates, and internal reports Communicate with vendors/suppliers for sample deployment and updates Ensure adherence to client specifications and data quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience in Market Research / Project Coordination / Operations
• Exposure to healthcare or B2B research
• Experience working with global markets (US, EU, APAC, AU)
• Familiarity with survey platforms (Confirmit, Qualtrics, Decipher, Alchemer etc.)
• Basic understanding of online surveys, fieldwork, and sample management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take ownership

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
