Your day to day will include:

  • Supporting project establishment activities, including coordinating insurances, building approvals, council permits and building permits.
  • Coordinating project documentation, correspondence, drawings and project information, ensuring records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining key project registers including Variations, EOTs, RFIs, SIs and Contract Registers.
  • Supporting procurement activities, including sourcing and ordering materials and raising Purchase Orders through Jobpac.
  • Assisting Contracts Administrators with financial and commercial administration, including fortnightly and monthly reporting, subcontracts and change orders.

  • Experience in construction, project coordination, project administration or a similar role.
  • Sound understanding of construction processes, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Experience supporting project execution, cost control, quality, safety and administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability when handling project and commercial information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Jobpac, Procore and/or Bluebeam will be highly regarded.

Please note that Modscape does not offer visa sponsorships; to apply you must have full working rights in Australia.

  • Competitive salary package reflective of your skills and experience.
  • The opportunity to grow with a company at the forefront of modular design and construction, leading innovation through robotics and sustainable practices.
  • A workplace that values diversity, inclusion, and professional growth, where your contribution makes a direct impact on shaping the future of building in Australia.
