We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is passionate about delivering software implementations and building excellent relationships with our customers. As a Project Coordinator you will own guided onboarding and small project success from start to completion. You will coordinate across Sales, Product, implementation and support to be an advocate for OneTrust and the customer.

Responsibilities

• Engagement lead for our "guided onboarding" small projects
• Provide clear managed onboarding journey to the customer
• Organize and provide Project Initiation, Kick Offs Implementation Close
• Plan creation, management ongoing status reporting. Manage project scope, risks and issues.
• Set clear prioritization, objectives expectations with the customer
• Drive project momentum from workshop initiation to completion with focus on adoption
• You are a hard working and determined individual used to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You are an independent worker who is able to problem-solve and process information quickly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or other related field
• Good prioritization and time management skills
• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with a passion for technology
• Project Management certifications e.g. PMI, Prince 2
• Previous Project Coordination experience
• SAAS Implementation experience
