Project Coordinator

Project Coordination & Monitoring

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor daily project activities and track project progress against planned schedules.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports (MIS).

• Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and closure of projects.

Subcontractor Management

• Prepare and issue subcontractor work orders.

• Draft and manage subcontractor term sheets and contract documentation.

• Maintain records of subcontractor agreements, amendments, and correspondence.

• Coordinate with subcontractors for compliance with project requirements and timelines.

SAP Budgeting & Billing

• Prepare Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and allocate project budgets in SAP.

• Process subcontractor bills and payment requests through SAP.

• Generate and monitor work orders, billing, and payment status in SAP.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for invoice processing.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare project status reports, cost monitoring reports, and progress dashboards.

• Maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems.

• Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for timely approvals and payments.

• Assist in project cost tracking and budget utilization monitoring.
