Tranzformd is partnering with a well-known retail organisation to engage a Project Coordinator on an initial 9-month contract. Working closely with project leads, delivery teams and business stakeholders, you'll provide hands-on coordination and administrative support to help keep initiatives organised, visible and progressing to plan.

Your role will include:

• Coordinating project schedules, milestones, actions and deliverables
• Maintaining project plans, registers, documentation and collaboration sites
• Tracking risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, and following up agreed actions
• Preparing status reports, governance packs, meeting materials and presentations
• Organising project meetings, workshops and governance forums
• Capturing minutes, decisions and actions, and monitoring them through to completion
• Supporting resource coordination, financial tracking and project forecasting
• Liaising with stakeholders across multiple workstreams to gather updates and resolve information gaps
• Monitoring delivery progress and escalating emerging risks or delays
• Supporting consistent project governance, templates and ways of working
• Contributing to continuous improvement across project and PMO processes

You will bring:

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer, PMO Analyst or similar role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience maintaining project schedules, registers, reports and governance documentation
• Confidence coordinating meetings and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively across multiple projects or workstreams
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and governance practices
• Competence using Microsoft Office and common project collaboration or reporting tools
• Experience in retail, transformation or technology environments will be highly regarded
