Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily project activities and monitor project progress.

* Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.

* Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.

* Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

* Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed according to schedule.

* Assist in tracking project costs, material deliveries, and site requirements.

* Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.

* Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and company procedures.

* Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager.

Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction/civil projects.

* Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent field.

* Familiar with site operations and construction processes.

* Able to read construction drawings and basic technical documents.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

* Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

* Willing to travel to project sites when required.
