หน้าที่หลัก
- ประสานงานโครงการและติดตามความคืบหน้าให้เป็นไปตามแผนและกำหนดเวลา
- จัดทำรายงานสถานะโครงการและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สื่อสารและประสานงานภาษาจีน รวมถึงการแปลและสรุปข้อมูลสำคัญ
- จัดตั้งและจัดการการประชุม บันทึกข้อมูล และติดตามข้อตกลง
- สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการเอกสาร ฐานข้อมูล และระบบทะเบียนโครงการ
- เปรียบเทียบราคา และทำพรีเซนต์ข้อมูลเพื่อนำเสนอหัวหน้างาน
