Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative team in Kuching. You will help keep our software projects on track: tracking tasks, maintaining project documentation, following up with the team, and keeping clients updated on progress. This is a coordination role and does not involve coding.

Key responsibilities

• Track tasks and keep statuses up to date in project management tools
• Maintain project documentation such as status updates, meeting notes, and follow-up lists
• Follow up with developers and QA on progress and blockers
• Attend team and client meetings, record outcomes, and track action items through to completion
• Support client communication and respond to client queries
• Learn our project workflow and delivery standards

About you

• Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable following up with team members persistently and professionally
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing
• Willingness to learn how software projects are delivered
• Basic familiarity with technology is an advantage
• No coding experience required
