Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administration task for Project Department
• Arrange for buying /collecting tender book.
• Prepare/writing tender books & documentation for tender
• Sending and submission of documents and tenders
• Prepare, manage and resolves claim submission for MBPJ, MPSJ, PPJ, DBKL etc.
• Prepare Quotation for project.
• Call and follow up payment for project
• Register UPEN, Tender Selangor & DBKL E-perolehan for Sub-Contractors
• Update Project Monitoring List
• Update List of Contractors
• Monitor Tender Monitoring Jobs
• Keep the Project Manager nformed about project/ tender status
• Any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior
• Update Project Claim & QS work

Requirement :

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years' related working experience in Project / office administrations
• Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply. Training will be given.
• Who can join immediately will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Malay with effective communication skills
• Positive attitude, able to coordinate and work as a team, adaptable and able to multi task
• Willing to learn and work OT when needed.
• Possess own transport
