Project Coordinator

Accountabilities – Key Result Area

• Co-ordinate and work close with internal parties for video & digital content development
• Provide administrative and pre- and post-production support
• Create and curate engaging and sharable content to be used across social media (Instagram, Facebook &  RED etc.), and various digital platforms (ITeSHOP & Whatsapp Community etc.)
• Daily management of social media channels including community management, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating content
• Plan, organize, execute, and deliver different projects
• Assist with copywriting & content creation
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Experience / Qualification Requirements

• Diploma or above in Media, Communications, Film or related disciplines
• Creative mind with strong conceptual and execution skills
• Solid writing skills and copywriting skills, excellent written English / Chinese
• Experience in content development, advertising and retail industry preferred
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently within a team
• Organized, self-motivated, with good time management skills
