Requirement:

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Construction /Building Studies or related disciplines
• 1 year or above relevant experience relating to Building Works / A&A Works/ Fitting-Out Works is preferred
• Less experience with strength in other relevant aspects is considerable
• Familiar with AutoCAD is in advantage
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• High enthusiasm at work
• Able to work independently and work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Assist project management and operation including site related works, documentation, logistics and etc.
• Assist in materials and shop drawings submission, site survey reports, progress reports etc.
• Coordination work with clients, designers, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors etc.
