What they need
We're a joinery company specializing in supply & installation for large-scale building and villas across the UAE. Looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily site activities between production, procurement & installation teams
Track project timelines, schedules & delivery milestones across multiple villa projects
Liaise with clients, contractors & consultants on site progress
Follow up on drawing approvals, RFIs & technical submittals
Maintain organized project documentation & correspondence
Requirements:
5+ years UAE experience in project coordination (joinery preferred)
Strong organizational, multitasking & communication skills
Proficient in MS Office/Excel
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Pay: AED2,171.96 - AED7,984.17 per month
Work Location: In person
