Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and communicative Project Administrator to join one of the largest FMCG cosmetic companies in South Jakarta.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Supply Chain projects related to NEO for Planner and F2S
• Ensure the NEO Local Adaptation action plan is completed in a timely manner
• Check and screen Supply Chain KPIs to ensure data validity and support the implementation of appropriate solutions together with local report users
• Assess and proactively identify any issues during the project timeline and escalate them to N+1
• Maintain the speed and quality of work throughout the project
• Prepare, report, and present project results and progress to relevant stakeholders

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project-based work or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data handling and analysis
• Good proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) for reporting and presentation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive and able to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner
• Able to work in a fast-paced and project-driven environment
