Job Summary

PCL Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction projects by coordinating documentation, schedules, communications, materials, and administrative activities. This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to help keep projects organized and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Assist with schedules, meetings, and project communications.
• Track materials, purchase orders, invoices, and subcontractor information.
• Communicate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project files and updates.
• Support project managers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Help monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Follow company safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Previous construction, project coordination, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project-management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
