Project Coordinator

Job Duties

1. Archive all renovation drawings, contracts, variation orders and sample documents systematically.

2. Coordinate tradesmen including tilers, carpenters, air-conditioning & electrical workers and painters; arrange construction schedules.

3. Follow up delivery and installation of construction materials & custom furniture; verify specifications and quantities.

4. Arrange site meetings, prepare meeting minutes; liaise with clients, interior designers, property management and suppliers.

5. Record daily site progress, take progress photos, compile snag lists and assist in interim valuation & payment application.

6. Handle property renovation applications, daily site coordination and safety records.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year working experience as Project Coordinator in Hong Kong interior decoration field with solid knowledge of renovation workflow.

2. Able to read construction drawings; familiarity with finishing materials and custom furniture production process is a plus.

3. Fluent written English and Chinese; proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel with strong document filing skills.

4. Excellent communication skills to coordinate subcontractors and handle client amendments.

5. Meticulous, self-disciplined, conduct regular site visits, strong time management and follow-up ability.
