Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
• Preferably with experience from AV and Engineering Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• With strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
• Attention to details

Job Description:

• Project Execution: Lead and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines, expectations, and design plans.
• Resource & Budget Management: Monitor manpower, manage budgets, track equipment lead times, and request necessary resources across departments.
• Documentation & Reporting: Handle all project documentation, update project trackers, and provide required progress reports.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Attend internal PMO and project meetings (virtual/on-site), while managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and site contractors.
• Site Management: Conduct site surveys and visits to monitor progress and adapt work as required.
