Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

·         Monitor site progress and coordinate with internal & external parties

·         Liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors to develop construction details such as ABWF and fit out works

·         Responsible for site works coordination to meet the project goals and fulfill the requirement of the main contract in respect of time, workmanship and safety

Requirements:

·         Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent

·         Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry

·         Good knowledge of computer application in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD

·         Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

·         Familiar with project co-ordination and site progress monitoring

·         Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

·         Strong sense of project ownership and proactive attitude
